Where are you located?
Our office address is 2 Oakwood Park Plaza, #103, in Castle Rock. You can find the office door on the backside of building #2 of the office park behind the cement stairs.
What are your office hours?
Office hours are between 9am and 6pm on weekdays.
How long are sessions?
Sessions are based on a 50-minute clinical hour, an 75-minute hour and a half or 90-minute two-hour block. A window after each session is reserved for therapist’s notes.
How much are your fees?
Clinician fees are between $125 and $145 per clinical hour for individual and $140 and $160 for couples sessions. Couples and family sessions are often booked in 75 and 90 minute increments. They cost between $210 and $240 for 75 minutes and between $252 and $285 for 90 minutes sessions. Additionally, individual EMDR and Brainspotting sessions that are 75 minutes are $217. Fees are based on the clinician’s licensing and whether or not they are considered a specialist or not.
Do you take insurance?
Insurance is not accepted by Lifetouch Counseling in order to provide the most-client centered care. Insurance companies require that therapy is done with a predetermined method and process. Being a private pay only practice, clients receive the best treatment that is specifically curtailed to their individual needs. However, HSA and/or Flex Pay credit cards are accepted, and a superbill for therapy sessions can be provided for submission to your insurance company for out-of-network benefits.

What is your cancellation policy?
24-hour notice of cancellation is required. If you cancel with less than 24-hours before your scheduled appointment, the full session rate will be charged.
How long will I be in therapy?
This is hard to say, because therapy is individualized for each client. You may find yourself feeling a bit better fairly quickly, but real transformation takes time and effort.
